"Last week I scheduled my annual insurance review to discuss coverage for property, automobile and umbrella policies I have with State Farm. Alexis Paterson was the Customer Relations Representative that met with me. I was pleasantly surprised by Alexis’ excellent grasp of the topics discussed and how she directed our conversation efficiently, wasting no time. Throughout our conversation, she was able to clearly explain coverage options and provide coverage advice. As we reviewed the property policies, Alexis quickly accessed the county websites to find the information she needed that I could not provide. For my primary residence, we discussed replacement cost including coverage for newly installed solar panels, and Alexis was able to recommend the appropriate level of coverage, keeping the premium close to current level. Alexis demonstrated the same level of expertise when reviewing the automobile and umbrella policies. Alexis is a smart, efficient and dedicated person.
